Insurance – We work with most insurance companies and your deductible is paid directly to us, as is your agreement with your insurance company. Your insurance company will issue a claim number when you report your accident. If possible please bring your claim number when you bring your vehicle in for an estimate. This will help us get your repair started as soon as possible.
Towing – If your car is not drivable, call Belmont Kolmar towing at 773.725.8800 and they will tow your car directly to our shop.
Estimates – Bring your vehicle in between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and we can give you an estimate of the damage in about 10-15 minutes, no appointment is necessary.
Make an appointment – After your estimate, we can set up a convenient time for you to come in to have your vehicle repaired. After signing an authorization form (this allows us to begin work on your vehicle) we will collect a 10-20% deposit on any parts that may need to be ordered.
Rental Car – If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Please contact your insurance to find out about your rental coverage. We work with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, which is located at 3029 North Kedzie Avenue Phone: 773.478.3310 Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Repair – One of our customer service representatives will guide you through every step of the repair process so you will never be left wondering what’s happening to your vehicle. They will update you regularly on your vehicle’s status and will contact you when the repair process is complete.
Pick-up – After your repair(s) are completed you will be notified to pick up your vehicle.
